Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak cubes in batches for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Return steak to the skillet and toss to coat.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt another tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Sauté more minced garlic for another 30 seconds. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer while stirring occasionally. Gradually mix in Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Pour sauce over steak bites or serve on the side. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
