  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 cup turkey bacon bits
  • 6 English muffins
  • 1/2 cup Heinz chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into a greased sauté pan over medium heat. Cook gently, stirring occasionally until almost set. Stir in half of the turkey bacon bits and remove from heat.
  4. Slice the English muffins in half and place them cut side up on a baking sheet. Spread Heinz chili sauce on each half and top with the egg mixture.
  5. Sprinkle remaining turkey bacon bits and cheese over each muffin half.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
