2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
1 tablespoon honey or sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sea salt (flaky or coarse)
Instructions
In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture; stir until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let it rise in a warm spot for 45–60 minutes until doubled.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
Spoon the risen dough into muffin cups until about ¾ full.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary, garlic, and flaky sea salt.
Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
