  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/3 cup strawberry jam
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup hot milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pulverize freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder using a blender.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in flour, baking soda, part of the strawberry powder, and salt until well combined. Stir in the strawberry jam.
  5. Roll dough into small balls and place on the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
