  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the pan.

  5. Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder; simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
