  • 1 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 30-ounce bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • Onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef sausage and turkey bacon until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add milk, eggs, ranch seasoning mix, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Stir in cooked meats, thawed hash browns, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish and spread the mixture evenly. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 50–60 minutes; remove foil for an additional 8–10 minutes to brown cheese.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
