  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon (for swirl)
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  4. Layer half the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix (and walnuts if desired), then top with remaining batter. Use a knife to swirl.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling before inverting onto a serving plate.
