  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your Bundt pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time followed by vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.

  5. Spoon half of the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over it. Pour in remaining batter and swirl gently.
