  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 tsp coarse salt
  • 1 2/3 cup warm water
  • Pear
  • Pearl onions
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Coarse salt
  • Plenty of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and stir until shaggy. Cover and let rest overnight.
  2. The next day, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Drizzle olive oil in a casserole dish.
  3. Transfer the risen dough into the dish, dimple it with fingers, and drizzle more olive oil on top. Let it rest for two more hours.
  4. Decorate the dough with pear slices, cherry tomatoes, pearl onions, and rosemary.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
