  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup confectioner’s sugar

  • 23 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1⅓ cups mini chocolate chips

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs and brown sugar. Stir in melted butter until well mixed. Press into a pie dish to form an even crust and bake for about 10 minutes. Let cool.
