  • 10 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 oz package dried ranch dressing seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 lb dry large elbow pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta one minute shy of al dente, drain, and toss with olive oil.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a 3-quart baking dish.
  3. In a skillet over medium-low heat, cook diced turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. Increase heat to medium; add shredded chicken and ranch seasoning. Stir for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, then whisk in flour. Gradually add heavy cream and half-and-half; stir until thickened.
  6. Mix in Parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, cooked pasta, chicken, and half of the turkey bacon.
  7. Transfer to the prepared baking dish; top with remaining cheeses and turkey bacon bits. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
