  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (plus more to taste)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  2. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve half a cup of pasta water before draining.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Toss cooked rigatoni into the sauce, adding reserved pasta water for desired consistency. Fold in seared steak tips.
