  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth for the filling.
  3. For the crumb topping, mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in another bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  4. Cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy in a large bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla, then mix in sour cream.
  5. Whisk together dry ingredients separately before incorporating them into the wet mixture.
