  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Grate or cut the cold butter into small pieces and incorporate it until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
