  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 100 grams crumbled blue cheese
  • 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 grams chopped walnuts
  • 68 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (350F) or 200C (390F) for non-fan forced ovens.
  2. Drizzle honey over each sheet of puff pastry.
  3. Evenly distribute chopped walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, grated Parmesan, thyme leaves, sea salt, and pepper onto the pastry.
  4. Roll each sheet tightly from one end to another; cut rolled sheets in half lengthwise.
  5. Twist each half into a round coil shape on baking paper.
  6. Brush the coils with milk and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
