  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag or dish; pour marinade over it and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish with foil or parchment paper and grease it lightly.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade (reserve marinade), place it in the dish with space between each piece.
  5. Pour remaining marinade over the chicken. Bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
